The Career Studio provides a casual and accessible place for students to talk about, work on, and get help with their career materials and questions from peer Career Guides. From 2:00pm - 4:00pm, you can drop in when you'd like and stay for as long as you can to work on your resume or cover letter. Career Guides will offer assistance and answer questions as you need. Expect 10-15 minutes of one-on-one assistance from a Career Guide while in the Career Studio.

If you would like more in-depth career guidance or assistance or cannot make it to the Career Studio, please make an appointment with a Career Counselor on Handshake.

Can't make it to the Career Studio for a resume/cover letter review?

Career Guides also offer resume and cover letter reviews via email. Email your resume or cover letter in a PDF format to careerguide@appstate.edu. Career Guides will respond to your submission with edits sent to you via email within 1-2 business days.
