Lead Your Way: Diversity Networking and Career Conference

Join us for the inaugural Lead Your Way: Diversity Networking and Career Conference as we foster rich discussion on diversity equity and inclusion topics while promoting diverse talent for internships and full-time employment.
This event is being offered as a collaboration between the Career Centers at Appalachian State University, NC Central University, UNC Chapel Hill, and UNC Greensboro.
The event will feature break-out panels on topics related to diversity in the workplace featuring employers from organizations who have committed their resources to promoting diversity. You can attend one, two, or all three panels. You do NOT have to participate the entire time. When you register in Handshake, you will be able to select the panel(s) that most interest you and fits with your schedule. There will also be a networking after party for participants to interact with each other.
ALL students are encouraged to attend! Register in Handshake to participate. Once we receive your registration, you will receive the Zoom link to participate in this event.
This event will utilize Zoom breakout rooms. In order to be able to choose your breakout room, please make sure ahead of time that you have the latest version of Zoom.
