Make a Career Coaching Appointment

Current Appalachian State University students have a dedicated Career Coach for their department. Students can receive coaching for a variety of topics:
- Choosing a Major/Career
- Resume/CV and Cover Letter Review
- Graduate School Assistance — Searching, Applications, and Interview Preparation
- Interviewing Skills
- Job and Internship Search Coaching
- LinkedIn Consultations
- Exploring Service Year Options
- Practice/Mock Interviews
Each of these appointments may have varying time lengths, but must be requested ahead of time via Handshake. Drop-In coaching is also available from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. However, these are limited to quick consultations and resume reviews.
