Jennifer Perry is the Assistant Director, Career Coach for the Beaver College of Health Sciences at Appalachian State University. Jennifer has her Masters in Higher Education from Appalachian State University, and a BA in Literature in English from the George Washington University, Washington D. C. She has over thirty years of leadership, human resources, and recruiting experience. She was an Executive Recruiter for over seven years with Millman Search Group, finding qualified candidates to fill roles with a variety of clients, including Burton Snowboards, Armani, and Tse Cashmere. Jennifer excels at and enjoys helping others build on previous education and experience to navigate meaningful career pathways as well as to present themselves effectively though the job search and beyond. JP, as she prefers to be called, thrives on building strong relationships built on trust and credibility with the students, faculty, and staff she works with. In her free time, JP likes to read, sail, and dig around in her multiple flower gardens.
