Jacob Propst
Technology Support Analyst
Jacob Propst is both an Appalachian State University Alumni and a lifelong local of the Boone area. He received his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and while studying he worked in the Appalachian State University ITS Walk-in Center assisting students and employees with a variety of technological issues. Jacob is excited to continue utilizing his past work experiences and his education to help students and employers connect and develop their careers together as the Career Development Center’s Technology Support Analyst.
Having grown up in the mountains, he enjoys a wide variety of hobbies that are unique to the area. These hobbies include hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, kayaking, and skiing. Jacob also enjoys listening to music he has never heard before in search of new artists and attending concerts.
