Enterprise Holding Awards Career Exploration $2,500
Enterprise Holdings, a family owned business and leader in the transportation service industry, has been a key employer and partner for Appalachian’s Career Development Center and provided many professional opportunities to our students.
In Summer 2018, Scotti Cool, a senior Psychology major and intern in Career Exploration, completed an internship with Enterprise Holding where she honed skills in customer service satisfaction and was the top selling intern within the first month of working.
Enterprise Holdings has continued their support of the Career Development Center by awarding 2,500.00 for the professional development and training of Career Exploration staff and continued support of our coffee cart outreach program. Recently, Jada Patterozzi, HR manager Enterprise Holdings, provided presentation skills training to 10 Career Exploration staff. Graduate and undergraduate students will be able to apply this valuable training to coffee cart campus outreach, class presentations and future internship and job settings.
