Internship and Job Fair

The Internship & Job Fair is Appalachian State University's largest and most comprehensive career event. Serving students and alumni of all majors and skills, the event is host to many organizations across all industry sectors that are ready to network with students and introduce them to valuable internship and job opportunities.
Students participating in this event have a variety of goals and desired outcomes. Many are seeking jobs and internships, while others are looking to network and explore careers in their desired industry. We strongly encourage students to engage in career fairs throughout their academic experience as a means of developing their professional profile and gaining important career readiness skills.
Please note: This Spring, we are offering a Building Sciences specific fair. Organizations in the Construction, Design, and Sustainable Technology industry should register for that fair rather than the Internship & Job Fair. See Handshake for full details and registration.
Agenda
9:00am - 11:45am: Employer arrival and check-in. Employers will enter at the Holmes Ticket Office entrance.
11:00am - 12:30pm: Buffet lunch is served on the Concourse Level
12:00pm - 3:00pm: Internship & Job Fair is open to students
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Breakdown following the conclusion of the fair
Registration Information
Company For-Profit: $600 ($500 Before January 5)
Government & Non-Profit: $250 ($225 Before January 5)
Small Government & Non-Profit: $200 ($175 Before January 5)
Additional Representatives: $50 each
All registrations include a 8' table with black tablecloth, parking for two cars, and lunch for two representatives. Please note most tables have access to electricity, but employers must be prepared with extension cords or power strips.
Registration Deadline: February 28, 2024
Refunds for cancellations will not be made after two weeks prior to the event.

Materials and displays may be received by the Holmes Center staff AFTER February 26, 2024.
